We are now accepting farmhand applications for the 2024 season!
Occasionally we need an extra set of hands to help get things done on the farm. If you’re interested in assisting us you’re in the right place. Some tasks that we perform regularly include; pulling weeds, harvesting, processing, and delivering flowers, planting seedlings, taking photos for social media, and lots of pausing to smell/appreciate the flowers. Our plot is in North Hollywood and most tasks are done in full sun though there is a shaded workspace for processing flowers and taking breaks. This is an extremely physical job, we will get sweaty!
Here is the nitty-gritty:
freelance basis ~ this varies depending on the workload/time of year
5 hour work days starting at sunrise ~ give or take depending on the weather
$20 an hour ~ paid at the end of each week
